Andrew brings 25+ years of global software leadership and strategy consulting experience, with expertise in IoT, asset management, energy, and sustainability. He spent 12 years at Verisae and Accruent, leading the Int. Division and scaling a SaaS portfolio across diverse industries and regions. He has held senior advisory and strategy roles at PwC & IBM.
Justin founded PowerX in 2017 alongside co-founder Simon Newnes, with a passion for innovation and technology that delivers business benefit. His experience spans 25+ years in IT and telecoms, developing and delivering complex managed services and outsourcing agreements across the world for Ericsson and IBM blue chip clients.
Chris has over 35 years background in Finance: having trained and worked at PwC for over 17 years, he held several finance director positions for multi-national services and hi-tech businesses including BAE Systems Detica and SDL PLC. He has direct experience of growing businesses organically and through acquisition, both in the UK and overseas.
Simon has extensive experience in building successful businesses. He started his career with C. J. Newnes & Partners until its sale in 2004, then went on to run private investment portfolios, most recently in 2016 as director of Dartmoor Capital Management Limited, an FCA regulated fund management advisory business.
William brings 30+ year multinational executive and non-executive experience in bio-tech, digital media, food and beverage across the full spectrum of early stage, fast growth, private equity backed, leveraged buy-outs and full London Stock Exchange Listed companies.
Chuck brings years of international experience, working on 23 tower deals in 14 countries across four continents. He founded and was CFO of Crown Castle Int. and co-founded Helios Towers Africa, serving as CEO and Chairman. Since 2013, he has held non-executive roles with Edotco, Amane Towers, and currently, Pinnacle Towers and Vantage Towers.
Ted has extensive executive, financial, and governance experience with startups and public companies. He was founder, Chairman, and CEO of Crown Castle International, and founded Visual Intelligence and M7 Aerospace, which was sold to Elbit Systems (NASDAQ: ESLT). He serves on the board of the Autonomy Institute, supporting autonomous infrastructure in the U.S.
Neil is a private equity veteran with over 30 years’ experience in management buyouts. Former Chair of the BVCA, he now leads Sophora Unternehmerkapital, a buyout fund in German-speaking Europe. With a computer science degree, he has backed several SaaS firms, including TrustQuay, OneStock, and smaXtec, and chaired Atech Support, recently sold to iomart plc. He joined the PowerX board in 2020.
