Andrew brings 25+ years of global software leadership and strategy consulting experience, with expertise in IoT, asset management, energy, and sustainability. He spent 12 years at Verisae and Accruent, leading the Int. Division and scaling a SaaS portfolio across diverse industries and regions. He has held senior advisory and strategy roles at PwC & IBM.

Justin founded PowerX in 2017 alongside co-founder Simon Newnes, with a passion for innovation and technology that delivers business benefit. His experience spans 25+ years in IT and telecoms, developing and delivering complex managed services and outsourcing agreements across the world for Ericsson and IBM blue chip clients.

Ani brings 19+ years’ experience in large hi-tech, telecoms and SaaS buineeses, as well as fast-scaling start-ups. She relaunched Pipedrive’s SaaS portfolio in 2019 leading to the company's strong ARR growth, was part of the team that successfully launched and grew EE to become UK’s #1 MNO and championed tech innovation for global blue-chip MNOs.

Najib has over 25 years' experience in commercial leadership, including a decade at IHS Towers, where he launched the company's co-location business and helped grow its Nigerian operations from $9.2M to $962M. He has led landmark tower acquisitions and lease agreements with operators including MTN, EMTS and Visafone. He was most recently a Chief Commercial Officer at ES-Processing and Managing Director of EKM Telecom Services & Consulting.

Jonathan Adams

Business Development Advisor

Jonathan has more than 30 years' experience across telecoms, technology and aerospace, including 20 years at Ericsson in senior sales, commercial and pricing roles, latterly as VP & Head of Region South & East Africa. He has managed multi-billion-dollar commercial portfolios, led major transformation programmes across Europe, Africa and the Middle East, and most recently redefined the commercial strategy for stratospheric connectivity at Airbus's AALTO. He holds an MBA from Henley Business School and is a Chartered Engineer.
